Maps & Directions

Eastern Long Island:  Southern State Parkway west on to the Belt Parkway. To Exit 17N. Cohancy Cross Bay Blvd. Proceed straight 1 /2 mile to Cross Bay Blvd. Turn right on Cross Bay Blvd. Approx 2 miles to Liberty Ave. At El Structure. At the traffic light turn right on to Liberty Ave. And bear right to Rockaway Blvd. Go approx. 1 block and the building is on left hand side.

Staten Island and Brooklyn:  Varazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East. Take 17N. Cross Bay Blvd. Turn Left on to Cross Bay Blvd. Approx 2 miles to Liberty Ave, at El Structure. At traffic light turn right on to Liberty Ave. And bear right to Rockaway Blvd. Go approx. 1 block and the building is on left hand side.

Brooklyn Atlantic Ave:  East to Rockaway Blvd, bear right on to Rockaway Blvd. Proceed straight. Approx 1 mile and pass, Woodhaven Blvd. At traffic light bear right to Rockaway Blvd. Go approx. 1 block and the building is on left hand side.

New Jersey:  George Washington Bridge to Whitestone Bridge and keep right (The road becomes the Van Wyck Expressway going south towards J.F.K. Airport) Belt Parkway west. To east17N. Cohancy Cross Bay Blvd, Proceed straight 1 /2 mile to Cross Bay Blvd. Turn right on Cross Bay Blvd. Approx 2 miles to Liberty Ave, at El Structure. At the traffic light turn right on to Liberty Ave. And bear right to Rockaway Blvd. Go approx. 1 block, and the building is on the left hand side.

Manhattan:  Queens Midtown Tunnel on to L.I.E.(495) East. Take Woodhaven Blvd Exit, at traffic light make right on Woodhaven Blvd. Go South about 6 miles to Liberty Ave. At El Structure. At traffic light turn on to Liberty Ave. And bear right to Rockaway Blvd. Go approx. 1 block and the building is on the left hand side.

Westchester-Connecticut and Bronx:  Hutchinson Parkway to Whitestone Bridge and Keep right (The road becomes the Van Wyck Expressway going south towards J.F.K. Airport) Take the Belt Parkway west. To Exit 17N. Cohancy Cross Bay Blvd. Proceed straight 1 /2 mile to Liberty Ave, at El Structure. At traffic light turn on to Liberty Ave. And bear right to Rockaway Blvd. Go approx. 1 block and the building is on the left hand side.

By Train & Subway Manhattan:  Take the A train Downtown get off at the Rockaway Blvd. Station, Sit in the 1st or 2nd Subway Car, get off and walk down the stairs, make a right around the Florist go down 5 stories were on the same block on left.
